Add a super stripping and brightening system with multistage air separation on cottonseed knife plate sheller. Make sure the shell content in the kernel is freely regulated at 1-3%, and produced protein content is 60-65%, easy to adjust.

Add expanding equipment in the pretreatment workshop, achieve automatic switching of high and low-temperature proteins.

In the wet meal treatment, use ATLAS dehydrator independently developed by Huatai to reduce heat exchange area of disc dryer and reduce the amount of steam and cooling water.

Hybrids for the dehydric coating section are segmented, The extraction workshop is equipped with mixed oil refining and, can directly produce three-level cotton oil.

On the basis of freezing recovery, the free gas increases adsorption recovery of paraffin, which greatly reduces solvent consumption.
